We're on the lookout for a talented and passionate Engineering Manager to help build the next wave of capabilities of our personal AI, Copilot. Our newly formed organization, Microsoft AI (MAI), focuses on Copilot and other consumer AI products and research. The wider team is responsible for Copilot, Bing, Edge, and generative AI research, while the Mobile Engineering team is responsible for leading and building the mobile experience of Copilot on iOS and Android, collaborating closely with our Product Management, Design and AI Research teams. ResponsibilitiesCares deeply about building world-class AI applications that will delight users.Make hands-on contributions to our cloud services codebase.Build and lead a team of software engineers, including driving project planning, prioritization of work, and designing features.Support, mentor, and help engineers grow, building a truly inclusive team environment where everyone can deliver their best work. Advocate for and maintain a culture of high-quality software development, with a focus on efficient DevOps, customer support processes, and automation.Analyze telemetry and usage data to inform product decisions and troubleshoot issues.Work with diverse opinions and negotiate solutions, balancing customer requirements and business goals.Embody ourCultureandValues.
