Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in increasing the number of patients benefiting from our ARIA CORE, Noona and analytics products. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will leverage your expertise in marketing and/or clinical knowledge to strategize and execute the successful launch and promotion of our products in the Americas market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans and activities for ARIA CORE, Noona and analytics products aimed at establishing, enhancing, and differentiating our offerings within the competitive landscape.
  • Create compelling business plans, commercialization strategies (including pricing), and precise product positioning to ensure optimal market penetration and growth.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and closely monitor competitive activities to identify emerging trends and customer needs, thereby providing valuable in-sights for product enhancement and development.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, global product marketing, and sales teams to drive innovation, identify opportunities for new products, and improve existing product lines.
  • Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies to support product launches, ensuring maximum market adoption and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and to align all efforts towards achieving business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, KPIs, and market trends to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in radiation therapy clinical settings, providing valuable insights into the medical landscape.
  • Proficient in using essential business tools, including E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP products and productivity software is desired.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from market data and customer feedback.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • A strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 30-50%) to engage with customers, attend industry events, and collaborate with the broader team.

The base pay range for this position is

Min $78,600 - Max $141,500

The pay wage range shown is based on the job posting's primary location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
