As the Principal Product Management Coach at ATS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and refining our product management culture and elevating practices across the organization. This position is key to steering ATS towards a more product-centric operational model and enhancing our product management maturity. You will guide Product Teams to build the right products effectively and efficiently, leveraging best practices, tools, and your deep experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison among product management leaders, cross-functional teams, and executives, ensuring that CoE initiatives are well understood and aligned with business objectives.
  • Product Management Coaching: Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to Product Managers across ATS, focusing on skill enhancement and career growth.
  • Product Management Consulting: Conduct analysis, make recommendations, and provide solutions for specific challenges and projects.
  • Product Management Training: Develop and implement training programs to elevate the product management capabilities of the team.
  • Standards and Best Practices: Define and continuously improve product management standards, templates, and practices.
  • Community Building: Foster a community of practice among product managers to encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual support.
  • Change Management: Drive the adoption of new practices and standards across ATS through effective change management strategies, ensuring organizational alignment and support.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of product management practices using predefined KPIs and report these findings to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in product management, with a strong preference for backgrounds in program and transformation management. A minimum of 5 years in leadership roles, ideally leading product teams or centers of excellence.
  • Skills:
    • Profound knowledge of product management methodologies across the Product Lifecycle.
    • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach professionals in a dynamic environment.
    • Strong leadership skills, capable of leading by example and influencing without formal authority.
    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Proven track record in facilitating change management and driving organizational adoption.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $123,200 -- $266,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
