The HashiCorp Secure product portfolio currently includes Vault, Radar and Boundary. HashiCorp Vault is an identity based multi-cloud security platform, with extensive capabilities in secrets management, certificate management, encryption, and access/identity management.. Our community has tens of thousands of active, engaged users, and our enterprise users are some of the largest finance, healthcare, and technology companies in the world.

As a Product Manager in the Secure team you will be responsible for all aspects of creating and delivering the Secure products as Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing PM team focused on delivering these services on the HashiCorp Cloud Platform (HCP). You will work closely with the Vault engineering teams, as well as the HashiCorp Cloud Platform team to support the development and release of Secure SaaS offerings.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product management efforts for our line
  • Drive customer engagement and gather feedback to continuously improve the product
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine product vision, strategy and roadmap to meet our current and future customer needs
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to discover potential areas for improvement and support product development.
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, and product marketing peers and shape, iterate, and deliver business and customer driven outcomes
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase adoption and drive revenue growth in the market
  • Craft messaging and product story in partnership with sales and PMM enablement teams.
  • Monitor product performance, advocate for best practices and provide insights to inform future iterations that contribute to the product culture & HashiCorp principles
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of product experience in B2B SaaS space in a product management role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to determine and prioritize key issues
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical horsepower: You dig deep into the data, think from first principles, and deliver the right results
  • Customer and Partner facing experience: You're comfortable in front of customers or third-party collaborators, and have experience navigating customer conversations
  • Demonstrated success in implementing product strategies with drive and determination
  • Operational rigor: You are strong operationally, capable of designing and driving across-functional team and process
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong technical acumen: Solid understanding of infrastructure & cloud technologies preferred

Individual pay within the range will be determined based on job related-factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.

The base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area is:
$195,500-$230,000 USD
The base pay range for this role in Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, New York (excluding NYC), Washington D.C., or California (excluding SF Bay Area) is:
$179,300-$210,900 USD
The base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro) and Washington (excluding Seattle Metro) is:
$162,900-$191,700 USD
