Job Description
UCR's Office of Research Integrity (ORI) promotes the highest standards of research excellence and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations. This position is responsible for providing support and leadership to various research compliance areas covered by the ORI. The Research Compliance Analyst will be responsible for providing support and leadership to the Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) as well as providing back up support, as needed, to the other compliance committees such as the Stem Cell Research Oversight (SCRO). The Research Compliance Analyst will serve as a resource to faculty and will ensure that federal and state laws, as well as UC policy, are applied correctly. The Research Compliance Analyst will work closely with faculty to facilitate the ethical conduct of research. This position also interacts with a variety of campus and system-wide offices to facilitate the management, administration and conduct of research.

The full salary range for the Research Compliance Analyst 3 is $71,100 - $128,700 annually. The expected pay scale for this position is up to $99,900 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
