Job Description
This role will report directly to the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics and will not have supervisory responsibility. The Executive Analyst & Coordinator will be responsible for managing highly confidential communications for the UCR Athletics Director on critical matters involving the Athletics program, including student athlete/coaching and staff issues. Will work directly with the AD and Sr. Women Administrator on all UCR game scheduling matters and managing all staff communication. This role will coordinate and manage all internal and external events and engagements for the AD, including writing briefings and managing all logistical elements accordingly. Managing AD's calendar and large volume of incoming communications. Managing and coordinating all incoming and outgoing communication with the NCAA and Big West Conference on behalf of the AD. Coordinating with UCOP and UCR governmental and community relations on increasing volume of responses needed around current and future NCAA legislation.

The full salary range for the Executive Analyst & Coordinator to the Athletics Director is $71,100 - $128,700 annually. The pay scale for this position is budgeted from $85,500 to $99,900 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
