Job Description
The Junior Integration and Application Developer is responsible for all phases of the software development lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, development, testing, production, and maintenance). As a junior-level developer, this position works closely with senior developers to gain knowledge and experience to analyze, design, build, and document specifications for applications and integrations using multiple technology stacks. This position will collaborate with fellow developers and business analysts to support discovery and requirement gatherings in an agile development environment; assess the compatibility and integration of products/services to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent applications and systems; and contribute to the overall development portfolio. This position is classified as predominantly remote with occasional visits to campus as needed. Working hours will be based on Pacific Standard Time (PST).

The full salary range for the Junior Integration and Application Developer is $28.26 - $49.52 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is UP TO $43.11 per hour. UCR bases salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, UCR is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
