We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator, Get With the Guidelines in our National Center office in Dallas, TX.

The Project Coordinator, Get With the Guidelines will be responsible for supporting the Get With The Guidelines work team, inclusive of the National Director, the Quality and Systems Improvement Field Consultants, and the Managers for Technology Strategy and Technology Analyst, with project and administrative tasks. This will include managing and coordinating activities related to GWTG volunteer committees, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholder groups. This position assists with the day to day national operations of the GWTG- Resuscitation program as a focused activity. Other duties as assigned by the National Director, Get With The Guidelines.

Major Responsibilities Include:
1. Coordinate conference call scheduling with both internal staff and external volunteers and stakeholder groups.
2. Support customer webinars and teleconferences by planning and managing all logistics pre and post event.
3. Coordinate and support volunteer meetings by planning and managing all logistics.
4. Provide budget management support through invoice processing and procurement processes.
5. Support marketing/collateral materials development and web site management.
6. Serve as a key communication liaison to the National Diretor, Get With The Guidelines Inpatient.
7. Track and manage vendor agreements and associated invoicing.
8. Support GWTG-Resuscitation Data Abstractor Certification process as liaison to Prof Ed Department and through ongoing reporting to field team.
9. Attend and take minutes on volunteer committee calls as determined by National Director.
10. Support communication to various stakeholder groups to educate and update them on work team progress.

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, health, allied health, or related field required.
2. At least two years of Project Management and administrative experience.
3. Effective written communications including business writing, clear and concise narrative reports, evaluations, and other narrative pieces.
4. Skill in PC and computer equipment including word processing, accounting, data base management, spreadsheets and software applications.
5. Knowledge of business English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
6. Proven ability to work without close supervision.
7. Ability to multi-task and work in a faced paced environment.
8. Strong problem solving skills.
9. Understanding of the functions, resources, and operations of non profits.
10. Cardiac, Stroke, and/or Resuscitation science knowledge/experience.
